Sara Low, PT, DPT

Dr. Sara Low is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist who holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

She specializes in treating pelvic floor conditions in all genders, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, peripartum recovery, and sexual dysfunction. Sara also has broad experience treating orthopedic conditions such as joint pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries.

Sara’s treatment style is holistic and highly individualized, combining manual therapy, targeted exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and breath work to help patients improve function, reduce pain, and regulate the nervous system. Sara believes that successful outcomes are rooted in trust, open communication, and a strong partnership between patient and therapist.

Originally from San Francisco, Sara has lived on the East Coast since 2016. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cuddling with her cat Lenny, cycling, cooking, knitting, and traveling.
