Amanda Grilli, PT, CLT-CS

Amanda is a licensed physical therapist, certified lymphedema therapist and holistic cancer coach, devoted to helping those touched by cancer to live well, from diagnosis to survivorship.

As a physical therapist specialized in breast cancer rehabilitation, Amanda uses a whole-body treatment approach, combining hands-on therapy and individualized therapeutic exercises, to help her patients maximize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during all stages of their cancer recovery.

She also safely and effectively treats lymphedema using the gold standard management, Complete Decongestive Therapy. With over 10 years of experience working in cancer care, Amanda has an intimate knowledge of cancer treatments and the unique recovery process.

In addition to treating patients, Amanda is also a clinical instructor, mentor, and an appointed executive member of the Oncology Division at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). Soon after graduating from McGill University, Amanda spearheaded a cancer rehabilitation program across 16 private clinics in the greater Montreal area. Over the years, she has been involved in many other initiatives devoted to advancing the field of breast cancer rehabilitation.

To further support her patients, expand her reach and empower more women, Amanda launched and founded The Pink Pros in 2020. Her online community provides evidence-based education, resources, exercises, and self-care practices for women affected by breast cancer.

Most recently, Amanda launched and founded Well Beyond Breast Cancer, one of the first all-inclusive nonprofit organizations that increases accessibility to breast cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy — two support services aimed at helping the breast cancer community to optimize their quality of life during, after, and beyond breast cancer treatments.

Amanda is passionate about supporting and empowering her patients, and is committed to providing inclusive education and therapy, while building long-lasting trusting relationships.
